General rules
- Reservations can be made via the special RESERVATIONS AND INFORMATION FORM and e-mail to address info@jazira.it
You will receive written confirmation of receipt.
- The gentlemen guests are requested, upon arrival, to deliver a document of approval and subsequent confirmation.
- The check-in will be from 14:00.
- Inside the Bed & Breakfast animals are not allowed.
- It is not permitted for guests to access other people inside the structure at any time.
- And 'forbidden to consume food in the room and turn on the stove.
- You can not make use of the kitchen appliance and its equipment without permission.
- And 'no smoking inside the premises of the structure, behavior must be maintained that at no time of day and in no way harm the tranquility of others.
- Full breakfast (self service) will be available from 8:00 to 10:00.
- The laundry room is available to guests from 19:30 to 22:00.
- Take care to turn off the lights, air conditioners and other equipment when you are outside the room, always have with you when you got the keys give yourselves.
- Please also whenever you leave the house, locked the bedroom door and check that windows are closed.
- Daily cleaning in the rooms and toilets will be made from 10:00 to 12:00 am.
- Every guest at the end of stay, must vacate their rooms by 10:00 am and return the keys, which if lost will be compensated. will have to 'hand over the keys, which if lost will be' liable to compensate.
- Water is a precious commodity not waste it.

All previous conditions of booking must be followed by confirmation email and the customer (Booking Request)
that the owner (Booking Confirmation).
Reservations only verbal commit the holder only until 17:00 on the first day of reservation.
Your room is not occupied in writing by the customer before 17:00 the day of arrival
and if in the meantime the customer did not get confirmation of booking, the room remains free and the reservation canceled.
If due to force majeure, the reserved room is not available right, the hostess assigns an other room with the same characteristics.
